Canal Lalinde
A frequent walk in the Dordogne for Adrian and Diana is the canal walk which leads from the bastide town of Lalinde towards Mauzac and thus the motivation for this painting. A comment from by one of the invitees at the opening of the exhibition in Bergerac was that he could imagine himself in the picture walking his dog alongside the canal.
